Zendesk and Score Integration

A guide on setting up our integration with Zendesk

Overview

Score offers a Zendesk integration that brings your Zendesk tickets into Score as conversations. You can:

  1. Automatically pull tickets into Score for evaluation with your QA scorecards.

  2. Filter and search conversations in Score using Zendesk ticket fields.

How to install the app

  1. In Score, go to Settings → Data → Integrations.

  2. Select Zendesk (it should show as enabled with an “Inactive” label).



  3. Enter your Zendesk credentials:

    • Subdomain: The part before ".zendesk.com" (e.g., "your-company").

    • Username: The admin user who generated the API token.

    • API token: Create one in Zendesk settings.



  4. Save your credentials to open the integration settings page.

Available settings for sync

  1. Channel/status filters: Choose which tickets should be pulled into Score.

  2. Automatic sync toggle: When enabled, Score pulls new tickets automatically.
