Gorgias and Score Integration
A guide on authorizing and installing Score into your Gorgias workspace
Overview
Score offers a Gorgias integration that brings your support tickets into Score as conversations. You can:
Automatically pull tickets into Score for evaluation with your QA scorecards.
Filter and search conversations in Score using Gorgias ticket fields (including custom fields).
How to install the app
In Score, go to Settings → Data → Integrations.
Select Gorgias (it should show as enabled with an “Inactive” label).

Enter your Gorgias domain and click Authorize to install the app in Gorgias.

After authorization, you’ll return to the Gorgias settings page in Score.

Available settings for sync
Email/Chat ticket statuses: Choose which ticket statuses should be pulled into Score.
Bot name: Identify your automation/bot name so those messages are excluded from rep evaluations.
Automatic sync toggle: When enabled, Score pulls new tickets automatically.
