Overview
Score offers an Intercom App which can be installed into your Intercom workspace.
This app allows for a real-time sync between intercom tickets and customer conversations in Score. You will be able to:
Have all "Resolved" tickets get automatically pulled into Score and evaluated based on your configured evaluation forms.
Filter conversations in Score by ticket attributes from Intercom as configured in your Score organization settings.
How to install the app
Inform your sales executive that you would wish to have Intercom enabled for your organization in Score.
Once enabled, you can visit your "Integrations" settings under "Data" on the "Settings" page.
Click on the "Intercom" integration which should be enabled and showing a grey "Inactive" label on it once the application is installed.Click on the "Authorize" button which will redirect you to Intercom to install the app in your workspace.
Once installed, you will be returned to this page where you can map each "Score Representative" to "Intercom Admins". If you would like this process to be expedited in case of many admins, please reach out to your sales executive to assist with the process.
